Terms & Conditions
Payment
- Payment must be made in advance for both the initial and subsequent appointments for online and in-person counselling.
- Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been made 48 hours prior to the session.
- All payments are non-refundable.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy
- All sessions are by appointment only.
- For cancellation of counselling appointment without 24 hours prior notice, a 50% (fifty percent) cancellation charge will be imposed.
- You are able to reschedule your appointment after your payment, provided you give us more than 24 hours’ notice. However, you will have only one month to use your paid session.
Duration per session & Punctuality
- Duration per session is from 60-90min. For children's therapy, session is capped at 50 min. (refer to fees)
- Charging is based on the appointment time and NOT the start time of the session, therefore punctuality is highly encouraged.
Confidentiality
- All information shared by you is kept confidential with the following exceptions:
- when the information is subpoenaed by the court or authorities.
- when we make an assessment that you pose a risk to yourself or others.
- Please ensure you have a safe and private space for Online Session.
- Recording of the session in any form is not allowed.
Emergency
- Please call 999 or go to the A&E of any restructured hospital if you are having suicidal thoughts that you may act upon.
WhatsApp Chat Function
- The WhatsApp chat function is provided solely for fixing appointments and administrative purposes. It is not intended for discussing personal or therapeutic issues. All such matters will be addressed exclusively during scheduled counselling sessions.
