Terms & Conditions

Payment

Payment is required in advance for all appointments.  
To secure an appointment slot, payment must be received at least 36 hours before the scheduled session. Appointments are only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
All payments are non-refundable.  

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

All sessions are by appointment only.  
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the session fee.  
Appointments may be rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice. Any rescheduled session must be used within one month from the original payment date.

Duration per session & Punctuality

Session duration is 60 minutes unless otherwise stated in the Fees table. Additional time will be charged on a pro-rated basis in 15-minute blocks.
Session fees are based on the scheduled appointment time, regardless of the actual start time. Clients are therefore encouraged to be punctual.  

Confidentiality

Information shared during counselling is treated as confidential, subject to the following exceptions:

when disclosure is required by law, court order or other lawful authority.
when there is a serious concern that you may be at risk of harming yourself or others.

For online sessions, please ensure that you are in a safe and private space.
Audio, video or other forms of recording during counselling sessions are not permitted.

Emergency

If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts and feel that you may act on them, please call 995 or proceed to the nearest hospital A&E immediately. Alternatively, you may contact Samaritans of Singapore at 1767 or National Mindline 1771 for 24-hour crisis support.

WhatsApp Chat Function

WhatsApp is intended only for appointment scheduling and administrative matters. It should not be used to discuss personal or therapeutic concerns, which will be addressed during scheduled counselling sessions.
