Abigail is a compassionate and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist with a rich clinical background spanning from the family service centers, community mental health agencies, eldercare sector and palliative care settings. Driven by a deep commitment to client well-being, she empowers individuals to navigate life’s challenges, transitions, enrich personal growth journeys, and brings empathy and understanding to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
She is passionate about the transformative power of mental and emotional health care, believing that everyone has the capacity to overcome life’s adversities. Her approach is centered on fostering resilience and helping clients achieve meaningful breakthroughs and goals. She creates a safe, supportive environment for clients to explore their challenges and work toward their aspirations with clarity and purpose.
